PSA BOARD VISIT TO QUTHING LOCATION 2025
SOS Children’s Village Quthing was filled with joy and gratitude!
We had the honour of hosting visitors from PSA Switzerland and the SOS Kinderdorf Schweiz Board, whose support has been a cornerstone of our work. Their arrival brought songs, dancing, and big smiles as the Village came together to say “thank you.”
During their two-day visit, our guests toured family houses, connected with children, and experienced everyday life in our village. A highlight was the visit to the newly opened Youth ICT Hub a vibrant space bringing learning and technology to the youth of Quthing! 
They also spent time at Smart Kids Preschool, where they’ve been long-time supporters. The children sang, played, and proudly shared their learning journeys. A touching moment was meeting the family of a child they sponsor through the Early Childhood Development programme, who shared how the support has uplifted their lives.
We are deeply grateful for the kindness, encouragement, and continued partnership of our Swiss friends. The support helps in building stronger families, brighter futures, and a world where every child belongs a warm and loving family.

girl guidesThe Girl Guides recently welcomed visitors from the England Girl Guides. During the visit, the girls took part in a variety of outdoor games, craft activities, and teamwork exercises. The event was filled with fun, learning, and friendship. To recognize their efforts, all participants were awarded special participation badges. The day strengthened bonds between the groups and created lasting memories.
KINDERGARTEN ORIENTATION 2025
We believe in creating lasting impact by walking alongside children, families, and communities. we welcomed parents and guardians of 24 newly admitted Kindergarten children in July 2025 in an orientation session, introducing our programmes, aligning on shared goals, and securing consent to provide holistic support. Together, we are building brighter futures where every child can learn, grow, and thrive.
